The Magnum PI Movie

In 1988 after eight great seasons Magnum PI and Tom Selleck left TV as we all know. The one thing that gave us all piece of mind was that there was a hint of a reunion even as the show was ending. For sixteen years fans of Magnum PI have waited and now it would seem our wait has paid off because there will be feature Magnum PI Movie. Universal Studios is making the new Magnum PI Movie but hang onto your Hawaiian shirt, George Clooney is going to play Thomas Sullivan Magnum and not Tom Selleck. Thats right devoted Magnum PI Fans your wait has been rewarded with George Clooney playing the role that Tom Selleck made famous. Also TC, Higgins and Orville will be played by strangers.

Personally speaking I do not know what the "HELL" Universal is thinking, I had always thought they were in the business of making money not throwing it away. If you ask anyone in North America about the eighties and Magnum PI they will all say Tom Selleck.

Dont get me wrong George Clooney is a good actor but he is NOT Thomas Sullivan Magnum and there is only one person on this planet who can play that part and Selleck is our boy.

If you are in the least bit upset with this news send your opinion to Universal using the attached web link. Tell Universal of the big mistake they are making that they need to bring back the guy who can play Magnum and to bring back the original cast to support him.

So fellow Magnum Fan because if you are reading this you are a Magnum or Tom Selleck Fan get off your ass and write to Universal and with any luck we can these people up and the mistake they were about to do to Magnum PI.
